磨床工

岗位职责：

1.Follow the processing instruction to carry out the grinder daily operation, maintenance, accuracy check, adjust; complete the assignment at high quality according to instructions and drawings, keep allocated 5S area in order. 

磨床日常操作、维护、精度检验、调整；根据工艺及图纸要求，保质保量完成生产任务，按要求做好责任区5S工作。

2. In grinding machining, the right used method of the frock clamp and measure. 

磨床加工中的工装、夹具、量具的使用。

3. Well done the preparation before grinding, such as match drawing, process card, technical document, record, belt and other material.

磨削前工作准备，如核对图纸，维修工艺卡，技术资料，记录，磨削砂轮与砂带，工装等材料的准备。

4. Familiar with the crane operation and the lifting.

熟悉行车基本操作吊装经验.

5. Clean work area after finish work, and do as work finished, material finished.

完成工作及时清理，做好区域5S管理。

6. Perform equipment routine TPM management.

执行设备日常TPM管理。

7. safety consciousness, during the maintenance process to analysis the risk identification and take measures to control risk.

具有施工安全意识，对机械维修安全风险识别与控制；

8. Quality control awareness, basic inspection skills.

具有质量控制意识，具备基本维修件的基本检验的技能。

9. Report CISS to improve work efficiency, quality and reduce cost.

工作中积极汇报持续改善建议，提高工作效率和质量，降低工作成本。

10. Report any abnormal events in time, work together to create a safety working environment.

及时报告任何安全异常项，为创造一个更安全的工作环境共同努力。

11. Complete other jobs assigned by the superior.

负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。

12. Attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep on improving the working skill and knowledge.

积极参加公司组织的各种培训，努力学习业务知识，提高业务技能。

13. Follow the company’s instruction and rules. 

严格依照公司的各项规章制度、流程及操作指导执行。

岗位描述：

1. Got the related certification, intermediate technology level, 3year related working experience.

   技校/职校或以上学历，机械相关专业，中级技术水平，3年的相关工作经验；

2. Know how to use the common tool and maintenance; Know pressure test and

cold or hot workpiece.

  了解使用常用工具使用和维护；熟悉压力测试和冷热工件基础加工。

3. Know machine drawing，CAD, tolerance etc.，.

  了解机械图纸，CAD，公差等基础机械专业知识。

4. Have the teamwork spirit, learning skill, work seriously, emotional control.

   团队合作精神，良好学习能力，工作认真，良好的情绪控制。
