机床工

岗位职责：
1. Follow the processing instruction to carry out the Horizontal lathe, Vertical lathe & Horizontal boring & milling machine daily operation, maintenance, accuracy check, adjust; complete the assignment at high quality according to instructions and drawings, keep allocated 5S area in order. 

重型卧式车床, 立车和镗铣床等日常操作、维护、精度检验、调整；根据工艺及图纸要求，保质保量完成生产任务，按要求做好责任区5S工作。

2. In machining, the right used method of the frock clamp and measure. 

加工中的工装、夹具、量具的使用。

3. Well done the preparation before turning, such as match drawing, process card, technical document, record, tool, and other material.

车削前工作准备，如核对图纸，维修工艺卡，技术资料，记录，车刀，工装等材料的准备。

4. Follow heavy horizontal lather ，Vertical lathe & Horizontal boring & milling machine operation rule strictly.

     执行大型车床，立车，镗铣床的安全技术操作规程。

5. Be through transfer process card, record actual time, clean work area and maintenance the machine.

做好工件材料编号、批号的传递和转道、流程卡的传递、实际工时的记录，工        作场地的清洁、大型车床的清洁保养，上下班的交接。

6. Familiar with the crane operation and the lifting.

熟悉行车基本操作吊装经验.

7. Clean work area after finish work, and do as work finished, material finished.

完成工作及时清理，做好区域5S管理。

8. Perform equipment routine TPM management.

执行设备日常TPM管理，包括车床一级与二级保养。

9. safety consciousness, during the maintenance process to analysis the risk identification and take measures to control risk.

具有施工安全意识，对机械维修安全风险识别与控制；

10. Quality control awareness, basic inspection skills.

具有质量控制意识，具备基本维修件的基本检验的技能。

11. Report CISS to improve work efficiency, quality and reduce cost.

工作中积极汇报持续改善建议，提高工作效率和质量，降低工作成本。

12. Report any abnormal events in time, work together to create a safety working environment.

及时报告任何安全异常项，为创造一个更安全的工作环境共同努力。

13. Complete other jobs assigned by the superior.

负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务。

14. Attend the trainings organized by the company actively, keep Ｏn improving the working skill and knowledge.

积极参加公司组织的各种培训，努力学习业务知识，提高业务技能。

15. Follow the company’s instruction and rules. 

严格依照公司的各项规章制度、流程及操作指导执行。
岗位描述：

1. Got the related certification, intermediate technology level, 2year related working experience.

技校/职校或以上学历，机械相关专业，中级技术水平，2年及以上的相关工作经验；

2.  Familiar with the big heavy lather，Vertical lathe & Horizontal boring & milling machine 's structure, capability, running system and the instruction for machine. Know how to operate, adjust, check and maintenance the machine.

了解大型车床，立车及镗铣床的一般构造、性能、传动系统与机床说明书，及车床操作知识、维护方法，精度检验，调整方法。

3. Familiar with the principle of cutting and chipping and material capability and know the knowledge of related tools.

掌握各种工装、夹具、量具的构造、用途及使用保养；熟悉各种刀具、几何形状和切削性能知识。

4. Knowing the basic knowledge of the process and the function of normal accessory. Command the material capability and tolerance.

掌握编制工艺规格的基本知识，了解一般零件的功用，掌握零件材料性能精度、要求、确定合理切削用量，加工余量知识。

5. Knowing the principle of metal cutting, the reason of the junction. Know lifting for big workpiece.

熟悉金属切削原理，懂得各种废品产生的原因及防止方法，了解大型工件起重吊运知识。

6. Can write normal process program and stripped-down normal tool.

能编制一般零件工艺规程及改制一般自用工夹具。

7. Know machine drawing，CAD, tolerance etc.，.

了解机械图纸，CAD，公差等基础机械专业知识。
